@wildland.sports put on a training day for the up coming #klondikeultra at #fortassiniboinesandhills wildland park. The name says it all, sand and hills. I had a little dehydration, went 25.5km. Great training for my #ultramarathon .

Today I completed a fairly difficult training run.

Today I completed a fairly difficult training run. It was only 13km and 900 vertical meters. We literally climbed the mountain. The majority of the elevation was in 2km.I saw wolves, bears, deer, Sandhill Cranes, and a snake. Lots of scrapes and soot.

My @hoka shoes and @swiftwicksocks kept my feet going, and my @goodr sunglasses kept the sun and wind at bay.

Great training day.
